Wrong order
Our management team ensures that you get exactly what you ordered. However, if you get the wrong order delivered, then you can simply let us know. We can make suitable changes in the transactions and provide the right food or a refund.
Bad food
Though we always cook our food with the freshest ingredients, we feel that it is our responsibility to provide assurance to our customers regarding the quality of our food. If you feel that our food does not meet the expectations set by our menu or other communications, please let us know. We will take care of the inconvenience and provide you suitable refunds where appropriate.
Cancellation of bookings
We are unable to provide refunds for the late cancellation of bookings. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellation of booking. Failure to do so will result in the automatic charging of your card at £10 per person for table reservations. For an event or workshop, the pre-paid ticket price will be non-refundable outside of these terms.
